Companies and People with Disabilities Working Together
Willard Barth got a lesson in the school of hard knocks very early in life, losing a leg to cancer at the age of eight. Despite monumental achievements in his teenage years – making the high school football and wrestling teams among them – Willard spent his early adult life in an abyss of drugs, alcohol and prison. Determined to recover, Willard re-invented himself and today is a successful author, entrepreneur and motivational speaker who discusses very candidly his disability and how he overcame his anger, frustrations and the “why me?” syndrome.
Willard Barth joins host Ray Zardetto for a wide ranging and unique discussion about how people with disabilities – and the companies that hire them – can help each other achieve great success.
